My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Black and Blue in Albany for our one year anniversary; the food was cooked perfectly, especially my rare Ribeye and her outstanding Halibut, while the service from our attentive waiter, Kenji, was exceptional. The ambiance was beautiful and the restaurant impeccably clean, with a menu offering delicious appetizers like fresh calamari and the seafood tower, along with flavorful sides and desserts. Although the prices are a bit higher than average, the quality of the meals and attentive service make it worth every penny, and we look forward to returning.

My husband and I and my son and daughter-in-law had dinner in Albany today. Drinks and the bartender were very good. That's where our enjoyable experience ended. Mine and my sons entrees of filet mignon were beyond dry and tasteless. It was hard to believe that a steak house could present that and consider it good. We told the waiter how dissatisfied we were and he said he was sorry. He won't have the opportunity to wait on us again,
