The chopped liver here rivals anything I've had north of New York City and brings back memories of the old Joe's Delicatessen. The hot pastrami on fresh baked seeded rye was exceptional, and the homemade chips added the perfect touch. The friendly staff and authentic deli flavors make this a must-visit during my trips to Slingerlands.

The chopped liver at Joe's Delicatessen in Albany is unmatched, reminiscent of the best delis in New York City. The #10 sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing was a delicious throwback to classic deli flavors. The hot pastrami on seeded rye was a standout, and the homemade chips were the perfect accompaniment.
