Spent $47 at Glenmont Panera only to get a hard as a rock soup bread bowl. The ironic thing is as I was standing waiting for my order I heard the manager say this bread has been sitting here and is hard. I think that is what they gave me in my order. Was so hard my grand daughter couldn't eat it!!!! If he knew it was hard why would he give it to a customer! This isn't my favorite Panera!!!!
