I used to take clients pre-Covid, the food was always quite good.
Fast forward and it's now 2023 and how things have changed :(.
We had 5 people for a BD dinner and how disappointing the evening was due to the food quality.
I know there is a McD 2 doors down, but when you need to cut costs, don't hire their cooks.
The Ceasar salad had NO dressing.
My $28 rib meal was the best baked potatoe ever, sadly the rest was terrible, and everyone else was sorely disappointed as well.
Also, the seating upholstery is so old and dirty it's disgusting. Where is the health inspector?
NEVER going back. You would do clients a favor if you close the doors please.

I went here the other day and there was a hobo outside I think her name was Nicole. She was dirty and appeared intoxicated. She was with some guy and they were begging for scraps or expired food. Why does the Ranch House allow these dirty people on the property? Not a good look.

We frequently go to Ranch House for lunches or suppers.
We went there last Monday and while we were having lunch, a customer suddenly started shouting and swearing at the waitresses and left without paying. We witnessed everything because we were closer to his table. He received wrong temperature steak, waitresses offered him different options, they agreed on compensation and he continued eating and finished his meal. After finishing his meal he kept pushing waitress for more discount and when they refused he got very aggressive.
I am keeping eye since last 2 days on Google reviews and other platforms and this guy constantly harassing and bullying this business, We saw the review by him on multiple platforms and his name apparently is Steve which lookslikea fake name on the reviews. I felt taking stand against this kind of bullying. He was arrested by the cops within 20 minutes from the street because he did not have the vehicle and he walk to the restaurant. We have heard some conversation happened between cop and owner and they agreed to drop charges if he apologize to staff and pay the bill and we left, but my husband found out on the review that this guy refused to pay and still not learned a lesson.
I also feel bad as well as good for Ranch House people. Bad because they had to deal with this person. Good because they have very nice staff and they handled the situation very very well.

Refuse to pay for a blue rare steak so the waitress called the police. Great customer service.

Nice Family atmosphere , steak , seafood, and prime rib were all great , big portions with soup and salad included , very nice locally owned restaurant , highly recommended
