Don't eat here. Food is just okay with even worse service. Manager is truly a horrible person with little care for customers. There is no need to be so belligerent or condescending when faced with constructive criticism.

Food arrived and my wife attempted to pay with a gift card. The driver could not get it to work and called the store. He was told they could not get the card to work so we sent the food back as we didn't want to pay cash for our treat dinner.
An hour later the "owner" called back complaining that we had sent the food back expecting us to apologize for sending it back. We explained what happened and of course it was our fault for not paying for the food with cash.
She said she would send the food back and take the gift card but as we had already eaten we told her we did not want the hour old cold food. Again our fault they have to throw food away. No wonder Old Town Pizza is so much better. Never ever been treated so poorly by a manager/owner. Will NEVER give them my money EVER again. TERRIBLE customer service and give a bad name to food workers everywhere.

I was here tonight for take out, when we got home and took a bite of the pizza is had a big long hair all through it, we ordered $65.00 of food and packed it all up to return it. After returning for a refund we waited about 10 minutes for all staff to look at it then this so called dud of a manager looked at it and invited us into his kitchen to look at the food. I run restaurants and instantly lost my appetite this kitchen is a disaster and I don't mean after rush messy I mean filthy! Built up grease everywhere, dirty cooks, no hairnets, no hats, disgusting aprons and street clothes. Just terrible. The staff and managers have no knowledge about food safety at all! I will not return and have filled a complaint with Alberta Health Services. See link for Restaurant Inspection Findings
