Very slow table service. Was not busy when we arrived. Took 45 minutes to get our breakfast. When it came out the Ham was burnt black. I flagged waitress she came. I asked her if she thought that was acceptable. She should have said oh I’m sorry I will replace that right away. Instead she said all you had to say was that you want a new one. She was not pleasant. New ham came out 10 min later very undercooked this time. All staff avoided. Did not even bring us a bill. I went to counter to pay host provided bill. I paid. No tip.
This used to be a nice place to eat. Was a regular at least once a week.
Will not return.

I just had the ham corn chowder and it was absolutely amazing great flavor and texture. Also no better waitress then Cody!!

Sign said seat yourself to the right. My husband and I found a table the waitress walked past us several times with no acknowledgement. Another couple came and sat down after us. She immediately took them menus. She then proceeded to take orders around our table and still no acknowledgment. We decided to leave when she walked passed us to take the other couples order. First visit there and last.

Had a steak sandwich and it was tasteless and tough. The vegetables looked like from the day before

I wish to share feedback on an absolute disgrace or presentation of a plate. We chose to dine with friends , but were totally embarrassed and disgusted with what was provided. Chose not to send the plates back and cause a scene with our guests. After 45 minutes the plates arrived but it was obvious the plates were kept under a heat light or element. The Yorkshire pudding was black throughout and burst into dry segments when cut with a knife. Couldn't cut the carrots with a knife. The meat consisted of grizzle and fat ligaments that any edible meat had to be scraped off leaving 95% on the plate. meat was under cooked and very tough. There is far more satisfying to eat at A&W. We won't be back!

Our meal was terrible!! My husband and friend ordered the special, prime rib! The Yorkshire pudding was black and tasteless, the meat was tough to cut, almost raw!! My fish and chip order, fries were fine, no salt, 2 small slivers of fish, cooked to a black crisp, tasteless!! We should not have accepted this meal let alone pay for it!! We will not be back and will pass our review on to others!!

Ordered from here on skip the dishes. Ordered 2 beef dips with poutines and 2 kids chicken strips with poutine, this came to just over $55 dollars. The beef dips came on a Ciabatta bread with mushrooms and some kind of sauce, a sandwich that you could buy at a deli for $5, and the poutine was soggy. Cannot complain about the kids food other than their poutine's which too were rather soggy. I can admit that I will never take my business here ever again and I will make sure to let all my friends and associates know about how horrid the food is.
