Being the only Chinese restaurant around, I gave it a shot despite the $22 combo feeling a bit steep. The chow mein was loaded with veggies, the beef and broccoli drowned in sauce, and the portions were huge-definitely enough to make me plan a return visit next time I'm in Cardston!

I recently dined at the only Chinese restaurant in town and found the $22 combo a bit pricey, but the chow mein was packed with veggies and the beef and broccoli had a tasty sauce. The quality of the food was decent overall, and I'm looking forward to returning on my next visit to Cardston. It was a great find after a long day of hiking near the Canadian border, with generous portions and delicious dishes like mongolian beef and beef-filled wontons. The housemade sweet and sour sauce was a highlight, and despite its unassuming exterior, Ming's Garden turned out to be a delightful spot in a small town.
