The owner is incredibly accommodating, making sure every customer feels welcome. Despite not being a pho enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious bun bo hue and seafood noodles that had a unique chewiness. The appetizers offered here are not your typical fare, with options like tapioca dumplings filled with shrimp and pork that were both chewy and delectable.
