Tried out Japanese Village in south Edmonton and got the Sesame Beef Rice Bowl - didn't seem like much at first, but it surprised me with the delicious beef and tasty teppan flavor. The multi-course meal for my birthday party with teriyaki beef at Japanese Village was reasonably priced and satisfying - the chef was engaging and careful with gluten allergies, although the pace of serving varied due to individual meal preparations.
