11/22/2013 - Morag
My friend suggested we try this new fish and chip shop in her neighbourhood. I was questioning it at first, but once I tied their Haddock, I was in love! The atmosphere was like any other cafe, with all sorts of flags from the British Isles up on the walls, a couple of TV's above the bar with sports on, so nothing really to write home about. The menu had a lot of choices. There was the healthier pan fried fish options, and a few curries on the menu. I was surprised to see that they had Liver and Onions on the menu, and the Lamb Loin with mint sauce was my second choice. But I had to try the fish and chips, and was I ever glad I did! Best fish I've tried in Canada so far! Definitely will be going back to try that Lamb!
