I attended the NM food truck festival today and tried the BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese from The Lunch Box - it was incredibly delicious. The owner was very friendly and the service was quick, making the experience even better. I also enjoyed the Beef and Pork Nacho Chili Bowl paired with a Karl's Hefe or Cranberry Shandy, along with the Shrimp Gumbo and pasta salad which were both flavorful and generous in portion size.
