I'm a huge fan of Piñon Coffee, a true New Mexico staple that I first discovered back in the day at Trader Joe's. The OG blend is classic, but the newer flavors are surprisingly delicious, like the Kcups for Adobe Morning that I took home after a friendly staff let me sample them. The honey lavender latte with a lavender cloud top is a must-try and always turbo charges my morning whenever I swing by this cozy, Instagrammable cafe in ABQ.
