Padilla's Kitchen serves some of the most authentic and flavorful New Mexican cuisine I've ever tasted, with dishes like their chile relleno and chicken enchiladas standing out. The atmosphere is casual and homey, filled with friendly staff who provide attentive and quick service even during busy lunch hours. Though they only accept cash and can get crowded, the quality of the food and fair prices make every visit worth the wait.
