Rudy's BBQ is a favorite for dinner around here, always busy but well worth the wait with consistently flavorful dishes like their brown cow and green chili stew that hit the spot on chilly nights. The staff, including Michelle Y and Jennifer B, are friendly and attentive, making every visit pleasant, whether dining in, picking up orders, or catering special events. Though I prefer sweeter southern BBQ, the moist brisket, jalapeño sausages, and tasty sides keep my family coming back, and their customer service truly shines when they quickly made things right with a fresh batch of ribs after an overcooked order.

I always enjoy dining at Rudy's for dinner, as the bustling atmosphere adds to the excitement of the meal. As a frequent visitor, I have established my go-to orders that never disappoint. The brown cow with its generous portions of brisket and the new cheddar jalapeño sausage are absolute highlights of my dining experience at Rudy's.
