Catching dinner here twice during a conference, my wife loved the stuffed sopapillas while I enjoyed the hatch chile rellenos, and both portions were generous. On a staycation at the Sandia Resort, breakfast at the Council Room impressed us so much that we returned the next day-her banana pancakes kept setting the bar, while my strawberry pancakes featured fresh berries and fluffy texture that hit just right. The steak dinners have been consistently cooked perfectly, the service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere with its beautiful pottery and cozy booths makes for a relaxing meal any time.

During my recent stay at Sandia Resort for my wife's ADDC conference, we dined at The Council Room twice and were pleased with both experiences. The first visit, my wife enjoyed the stuffed sopapillas while I savored the hatch chile rellenos, both of which were generously portioned and delicious. On our second visit, we shared a 14oz ribeye steak with loaded baked potato and dinner salads, all cooked to perfection. Overall, we had a very enjoyable dining experience and look forward to returning soon.
