Tried Roscoe’s when they first opened in Bernalillo and my family loved it!! The brisket and ribs are so tasty and the ribs just fall off the bone!! Their potato salad is so good!!! We go back whenever we can!! We usually drive into Albuquerque for BBQ, but not anymore!
