Food truck showed up for a Saturday event. Food was good. Requested them for Thursdays and they agreed.
Called and cancelled the following Thursday due to injured leg.
The following Thursday they did not show nor did they call or give any reason for not showing.
I had posted the food truck being at the shop on Facebook, Instagram, shop website and sent out notifications to customers. Their failure to show or call or anything was extremely embarrassing and frustrating! I called two different numbers several times and have yet to receive a reply and it has been 4 days.
