So, I was at the Cottonwood Mall with my family today and decided to give this place a shot. My family were smart and went over to the Charly's Philly Cheesesteak spot and were rewarded by waiting about 5 mins to get their food.
Sadly, I decided to walk over and get some wings instead. Let me start by saying that this whole operation is a disaster. First off, they have a single woman in the back in (What I can only imagine) is purgatory as she slaves away making wings in a SINGLE pan on a SINGLE burner while another employee comes over and occasionally helps turn each wing with a pair of tongs. It looked like there is only a single basket in which to fry things and that basket is normally taken up to make, what looks to be, carnival style tater chips. That's it.. that is the ENTIRE food prep capacity of this joint. Now, I ordered my food at about 3:10pm... and by 3:40pm my family had finished eating their food... you know because a half an hour had elapsed. I basically gave up on waiting, put my ticket back on the counter and walked away in disgust.
Keep it.
And it's not cheap either, I think it was like 27 bucks for some wings, coleslaw, some cheese sticks and a bottled water (Yeah, no fountain drink here). But FFS, it's just not worth standing there for 30-45 minutes watching a team of 5 or so people suffer to churn out, what is in fact, barfood.
TL;DR? S L O W service and way Overpriced.
Not just pass, HARD pass.
