We showed up just before closing and were greeted by friendly staff, especially David, whose passion for his work really stood out. The food was fresh and delicious, with the red chili enchiladas and stuffed sopapillas being my favorites, and I can't wait to come back whenever I'm in New Mexico.

The staff at Stufy's were incredibly welcoming and eager to make our dining experience enjoyable, even though we arrived just before closing. The food was delicious and hot, and the service, especially from David, was exceptional - I can't wait to go back!
