I discovered this food truck at a bustling Wednesday food truck event outside Talin market, where the air was filled with enticing aromas. The service was swift, and the Big Kahuna sandwich, stacked with succulent meat and a hint of sweet pineapple, was a standout among the military personnel-frequented options. The KMC, however, fell short with slightly stale avocado and an uneven chicken-to-sauce ratio, but the overall experience left me eager to return and explore more of their offerings.
