Top Reviews of Tango Cafe

review_stars 03/09/2012 - Joe
I am from Detroit and I have yet had the honor and plusher of seeing such professionalism from the garnishing of the plates to the way the food looks smells and tastes I think this guy before is ether compaction or is an old employee who thinks his is going to take Tango down. The Chef should be called chef you call a Dr a Dr then why would they not call him chef, I see that Albuquerque is not a custom to professional dinning or dressing so I know its hard when some one comes along and changes it.

review_stars 11/04/2011 - NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
The food is mostly canned or frozen. They make nothing from scratch. The staff is horrible not only to eachother but to customers as well. The owner makes his employees call him "chef" which I dont understand because chefs actually make their own food. He is the rudest one of all of them. He never smiles and never says thank you. The staff is extreamly unorganized and all look like they are chickens running around without a head.
