It was Great

I used to work in health food stores throughout NY and this brand was a staple. However, it's become harder to find in recent years. I'm currently in Philly and was thrilled to discover a local food co-op that carries it. The baked tofu from this brand is truly exceptional, with a perfect texture that elevates any stir fry. I wish they had more products available locally, like their Tofu Turkey or Okara Burgers.
