I went to Dime for a work dinner and was pleased with the experience. The food was decent, especially the Braised Short Rib and the crispy Brussels sprouts, which I couldn't get enough of. While the service was friendly and the atmosphere enjoyable, the lack of music was a bit of a letdown; still, I'm looking forward to returning, especially before future shows at the nearby PPL Center.

Attended a work dinner at the Dime, which features a small bar area and a private room in the back. The Braised Short Rib with Parmesan whipped potato, sauce romesco, and asparagus was a standout dish. The service was friendly, and the restaurant's location at the hotel makes it a reliable choice for good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff attentiveness could be improved given the prices, but overall a solid dining option, especially before events at the nearby PPL Center.
