I will not go to this place again now that I know how rude the owner is. The food isn't worth it when the owner does not show any concern for customer satisfaction, especially towards regular customers. I was a regular customer for 4 years. The last time I put my money into this business was on a day in September of 2014. I ordered a beef pastelito to find that there was barely a spoonful of beef in it. I realized I had been ripped-off. When I politely requested for another meat patty, showing the owner how empty my pastelito was, the owner told me that she would not offer me another pastelito because she made the pastelitos all the same that day--empty I assume. I told her that this pastelito was nothing like my previous experiences ordering at her restaurant over the course of many years. She chuckled in response and insisted on not changing her decision to neither offer me my money back or to offer me a new pastellito. I give this poor review as a Hispanic consumer who was not satisfied by the treatment I was given. I would not wish this kind of disrespect on anyone, and so I cannot, with good conscience, recommend this place to anyone.
