I tried the brisket burger at Fairview Restaurant and found it a bit dry, but still tasty. It came on a pretzel bun with a side of chips, and I enjoyed a couple of beers for under $10. The service was a bit slow as the waitress was busy, but I will definitely be returning to this long-standing establishment known for its homemade food and friendly staff. The upscale pig roast they catered for my wedding in 2015 was a highlight for all our guests, with delicious food and efficient service that made the day truly memorable.
