Waitress is very slow waited over 25 minutes for a phone chicken croquettes a cheesesteak hoagie and fries had to tell them if food was not there in five minutes we would leave the phone came out immediately then and they got my order wrong I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie they gave me a chicken cheesesteak they corrected that in less than a minute giving me a cheesesteak with lettuce and tomatoes this thrown on top no type of hoagie dressing who is very dry I was talking to my companion about the service a lady at another booth started yelling and cursing at us made a big scene went up to the cashier to pay her bill you could hear her screaming from there the cashier comes over to us and tells us we must leave overall it was one of the worst dining experiences I had dried cheese steak cold french fries I would not even give my dog the food from this establishment

My husband and I go to city view often. Breakfast lunch n dinner. I must say we never had a bad service. Servers are always friendly polite and very efficient. The food is reasonably priced and they have the best salad bar ever. Soup and salad bar is included with every dinner. You just can't beat it. It's a very good place to eat whatever meal you choose. Must trys are the eggs Benedict , any club sandwich is great. And the chopped sirloin dinner is huge smotherd in gravy and onions. Mmmmmm

My family has been going to City View on New Year's eve for years. We always go for an early dinner about 5-5:30.This year we made our reservation for 5:00. There were 12 of us. We were so disappointed this year. The service was terrible. The waitress never came back for refills on coffee or water. We had soup and the salad bar which came with the meal. All of us were not done with our soup when the main meal came. We had to juggle dishes because she didn't clear our empty dishes, yet. None of us were happy with our meals. We had things like lasagna, meat loaf, fish, scallops. Some of us had the baked potato, which was very grouse looking, like all brown inside. I know we were a large group and we had reservations and it was New Year's eve, so you think there would have been enough staff to accommodate things. So we all were in agreement we will not eat there again.
