Convenient parking. Restaurant seemed clean. Food ok but would have been better it it was served correctly. Prices similar to other diners. The first problem was that our meal was delivered without marinara sauce on the cheesesteak (which was described on the menu). No problem, the table behind us received frequent attention from their server, so I waved that server over to ask her to get our server. She ignored me twice. Hunger won out.....ate it as it was because no one came to check on us. Our server did not appear again for 25 minutes. We told her of the error and she said she couldn't come back because it was too busy in the front section, and blamed it on was someone new in the kitchen. The bill came with no adjustment. When we explained the situation at POS, she called the owner. Here was the next problem. The owner said we should have brought our food to the front or come up front to get someone to fix it. She had serious attitude and said that some servers are good and some not so good. She took $3 off the bill and was clearly annoyed. So eat there at your own risk. If you sit in the back you may have poor service. If you sit in the front, you may have poor service. If you ask for help from a server who isn't "yours", you will be ignored. By the way, the other table's server was there to check on them 5 times. I don't get why she ignored us when we clearly were asking for assistance. Seems like a management issue to have so many tables assigned to one server and so few to another one! We won't go back and wouln't recommend it to anyone.
