Walking into the restaurant, the vibrant neon lights and eclectic decor create an electric energy that pulses through the air, drawing you in despite any initial hesitation. Every bite of the crispy spring rolls and crab Rangoon reveals layers of flavor that set the stage for the expertly crafted sushi rolls and flavorful hibachi dishes that follow. The ambiance of this dining spot can be a bit overwhelming initially, with its vibrant neon lighting and distinctive decorations, but don't be put off by that. The cuisine served here is truly exceptional. Particularly, the appetizers like the spring rolls and crab Rangoon are a must-try; locals claim they're among the finest in Amarillo, and I wholeheartedly concur. The hibachi grill selections are a standout feature on the menu, and the diverse fried rice options complement any dish superbly. The sushi offerings are a highlight - we sampled various rolls, including the red devil roll, Texas roll, and It's the bomb roll, all made with fresh ingredients and skillfully prepared. The service at this establishment is commendable, with attentive and amicable servers ensuring a pleasant dining experience throughout. Even accommodating larger groups seamlessly, my teenagers adored this place so much they insisted on dining here almost daily during our week-long visit.
