great place with delicious food. hot and Fresh and always hits the spot. when it comes in a timely manner, ive watched my food be prepped and made and put in the window while the servers stand around and talk and prioritize other things over customer service. better to try to drive thru.

I have been at the Belchertown Krispys at least six times and NOT ONCE have I received the correct order. With the big box meal, there is always something missing, usually cole slaw, napkins, utensils even though I am assured that these items are present, especially the utensils. Fish is good and cooked well but hard to enjoy without a fork!, EVERY FRIGGIN' time. . So I tried the BLT and the bacon was burnt and crumbled. I am done.
