The birria tacos here are insanely flavorful and juicy, and the queso birria tacos are hands down my favorite-dipping them in the consommí© is next-level delicious. The service is super quick and friendly, the portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh with great seasoning, making it a solid spot for a fast and tasty meal in Anchorage.

Dude, those Birria tacos at Xalos are legit! The place is clean and the staff are super nice. I had the chicken tortilla soup and it was bomb - so many fresh veggies! Definitely check it out if you're in Anchorage.

Nasty cook!!! I asked her if the pinto beans were hard and she said very hastily that she didn't know. So I politely asked her if they were soft. She said very hastily that she did not know. So I politely asked if I could taste the pinto beans. She put 3 on a lid and was angry and hastily gave them to me. I loved Xalos but I don't think I will ever go back after no customer service what so ever.
