One individual named Wilbert seemed to be managing operations single-handedly at Pita Pit during a busy lunch rush. The efficient handling of orders, training of a new employee, and attention to detail demonstrated by Wilbert highlighted the need for additional staff. The overall experience was positive, with great food and excellent customer service provided by Wilbert and the rest of the team.
