Dining at Simon & Seafort's offers an elegant Alaskan atmosphere with stunning views of Cook Inlet and a menu featuring fresh, delicious seafood and classic cocktails. While the food and service are generally excellent, my experience was slightly marred by a forgetful server and slow timing during a busy celebration, but the overall ambiance and quality keep me coming back for more.
