Great Harvest bread is made completely from scratch. Our whole-grain breads are made using freshly ground flour that we mill from whole wheat kernels in our store daily. Freshly ground 100% whole-wheat flour that's never more than 48 hours old gives our bread its exceptional fresh taste. It also gives our bread its generous size. So that's it, fresh ground whole wheat -- plus proprietary parts of our recipes and baking process -- enables most of our breads to remain fresh for 7 to 10 days. Without the use of any preservatives.

Waiting in line for thirty / 40 for rolls they are out .. no signs ... no announcement and they will not take an order for tomorrow really think this is Bad business I really have to think this is their number one # 1 selling item... they are certainly known for them. I like to get these as gifts for Christmas yet thinking back this is not the first time this has happened to me ....so it's not a Covid thing. As people they try.... but something so simple..... you tend to start getting a BAD TASTE in your Mouth. It was just after 1pm so not as though it was real late in the day or anything...... might start going else were. My orders Usually include baskets of cookies and other things but today I walked out of there empty-handed expecting to spend $500 to $600 is this their loss or mine
