After eight years of enjoying Capri's delicious pizza, it's clear they serve the best in Anchorage. The garlic chicken and Hawaiian pizzas are particularly outstanding, with fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. The owners are incredibly friendly, and I appreciate supporting a local, family-run business that consistently delivers excellent food and service.

The service was horrible and the staff was very rude. The lady who works there never even smiled or greeted me as I walked into the store and after I said hello she just nods her head. I then proceed to stand there waiting for her to take my order and then she motions me to order my pizza to the guy next to her who is also working there which I believe is her husband. Keep in mind that I'm the only person there at this time so there is no line. It's just two of them and the guy was putting a pizza in the oven while the lady was doing God knows what. After I make my order, I ask how long my pizza will take. The lady then has the audacity to lecture me on how the pizza takes very long to make and that they don't offer fast service and mocks me for asking this question. She completely ridicules me in front of another customer who arrives later and treats me like a peasant for asking this question and tells me that the pizza will take 25 minutes tops, no more and no less and that it is stupid of me to ask this question. I then leave and tell her that I will come back for my order. When I return, I see that she is talking to other customers, smiling and greeting them and asking them if they like their trip in Alaska. Like seriously? Did I rub her the wrong way or perhaps she doesn't like people who are outside of her culture or community? She then looks at me and says "1 more minute" so I say "okay." I then wait another 10 minutes for my order. It's past 30 minutes and if I recall correctly, she mentioned 25 minutes after mocking me. She then puts my order on the counter and doesn't look at me. As I take my pizza I remind her that she mocked me for thinking a pizza takes less than 25 minutes to make and that she was rude to me initially. She then tells me "so what, are you going to give me a fine?" I then proceed to leave and tell her "no, but I will be leaving you a Google review, so keep an eye out for that." I'm not sure what her problem is. If she and her husband is the owner of this pizza restaurant then it's truly sad how they run their business because they had zero respect for me and by reading some of the reviews, they also treated other customers the same way. By the way, the pizza was okay and the place had no air conditioning so it was very hot in there. Perhaps that's why they were so hotheaded? Who knows. They claim they make halal pizza but you are better off eating halal food elsewhere and if you are crazing pizza then there are better pizza restaurants in Anchorage. Save yourself the headache from dealing with this massacre of a staff at this place who are explicitly rude and don't care about their customers.
