Tio's has always been my go-to for casual, authentic tacos on Liberty, especially because I can mix and match a la carte options and enjoy their well-balanced margaritas. However, the Goat Birria tacos I tried recently were overly salty, overshadowing the otherwise juicy meat and fresh toppings, though the refreshing side salad with citrus vinaigrette helped balance the meal; despite this, the friendly service and consistently fresh food keep me coming back.
