The Director is genuinely sweet and has done an amazing job with her staff, making our experience memorable despite a mix-up with our room service order that was quickly resolved with an apology, a fresh meal, and a generous discount. Carly went above and beyond by finding the game I wanted to watch, bringing me a cold beer, and even helping me plug in my laptop, restoring my faith in kindness during my travels.
