Attending a truffle-making class was an enjoyable experience, beginning with an informative presentation on the history of chocolate production from Ecuador to Dexter, complete with plenty of samples. The hands-on truffle crafting allowed for creativity with various toppings, and the knowledgeable instructor provided excellent insights, making it a memorable event for chocolate enthusiasts.
