I've been here several times. Their eggrolls are decent, but they have a pretty good sauce they serve with it, which is what brings us back. However, we went yesterday and ordered at 8:00 (they close at 9) and they were SO rude to us. The pregnant girl working the front was just nasty and then went into the kitchen and yelled about how we were "SO rude!" Uh.. All we did was order an eggroll at your "family business", im not sure how that is considered rude? We rang the service bell and told her we'd like to cancel our order because we don't appreciate being talked badly about when we hadn't done anything. At which point she tore the card from my hand and made some smart -ss remark. I asked if she was a manager. It took me three times asking before she answered and yelled for the manager. I explained the issue to the manager, she went into the back and talked to her and then came back up front and said "Well you don't have to act like that!" Um, i dont get to be offended when you are talking poorly about us when we hadn't done anything to warrant it? That makes sense. She continued insulting us and not listening to what had occurred, which my sister had actually taped a portion of it on her phone because she couldn't believe how we were being treated. Anyways, in the end, both the "manager" and the pregnant girl were awful and rude. The manager's excuse was that she was pregnant, so she gets to be rude. Pregnancy doesn't allow you to be a nasty little b----. Just saying. I will never in my life return. I hope that they treat other customers with respect and human decency or their business will be closed very quickly.. Which it should be.
A note worth adding- i used the rest room on the way in. There was what appeared to be mold in the sink and some nasty looking bugs in the corner. Eater beware!!!!
***Mylee's eggroll house is a block away. They have amazing food, and wonderful customer service. I'd definitely recommend them over this dump. :)
