Hard to really explain the experience...however I will attempt....started with poor service, followed by a terrible meal that was not only overpriced but cold and served in a dirty dining room. All of that was bad enough until I made the mistake of using the restroom, I have been in airplanes and truck stops that the management here should take notes from...that is how terrible it was. Not sure what motivates people to be in the service business when they are not committed.
