The iced mochas at Jo to Go are absolutely delicious and far surpass anything I've had from Starbucks. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making my regular order process seamless and enjoyable.

Best coffee around! I have been going here for years. If you want a fake-happy barista who serves burnt tasting coffee with zero variety--go to Starbucks. If you want to support a hard-working local business with amazing drink recipes that never disappoint, Jo to Go is *THE* spot. My drink is always perfect, the ingredients always fresh. {I love that they use local Lamers Dairy products--YUM--this place is local to the very core.} So thankful for this little local spot, it's a treasure in our community. PS: Try the Lavender Lemonade in summer--it will change your life!

Staff is always friendly.....the coffee is excellent!!!! Way better then starbucks

After being a daily customer for over two years I'm tired of paying $5 for mediocre coffee ataat best and the owners sh-tty stuck up attitude! The owner's customer service skills are lack luster to say the least. I'm going to go as far as saying that she just needs to stay at home and let her employee's deal with the public. The icing on the cake was when I waited over ten minutes in line for her to tell me that she "doesn't have time" to make a blended mocha. This is the same thing that I get every day so it's not a special item, she was just being lazy like she normally is when she works. I've had to honk my horn at her before because she is too busy sitting on her butt playing with her phone to deal with the customers who line her wallet and pay her bills!
Whatever no problem, I'll just take my hard earned money somewhere else!

Employees need to learn better customer service, never friendly. Waited at the window and no one came but the other window had 2 people and they ended up taking their orders first. Always a bad experience here. Sorry but lost my business for good now.
