I pulled into the W. Wisconsin Ave. KFC drive thru line and there were 2 cars ahead of me. I sat in that spot for 10 minutes. When I got to the order box, I sat there another 5 minutes before they came to take my order. I asked how they could make their customers wait so long. They said they only had three people to work there. I said, "But you only have two cars of people inside eating, how can you be so busy?" They took my order and I sat in that spot for another 5 minutes. I told them via the ordering box that the five cars behind me had all left and how could they be so slow? I have now been there 20 minutes. The manager (who sounded like he was 18) said that if I continued to complain, they were going to call the police. I finally got to the window for my food and sat there another 3 minutes with my credit card held out for them. I finally left after 23 minutes, no chicken and a threat of arrest. What monkeys. Who would give ANY of them a job?
