Best quality food & prices very reasonably priced. Even their regular tacos are hearty & filling. I have no problem with a little bit of a wait in drive through. They are actually making it fresh everytime!!

This place has gotten very bad recently. Management has all but dissapeared and the are only a cashier and a cook and they definitely are not Management because the food wouldnt have been soooo bad. They are recooking the meats for tacos and burritos etc multiple times. I ordered 8 Al Pastor street tacos today and the meat was like eating charcoal briquettes in little chunks.... straight carbon, no resemblence of meat left to speak of. It was actually old 3× cooked meat mixed with a little bit of fresh meat. They have me the old scrapings of totally disgusting hard crunchy meat bits and i dont jnow why. I tipped them $5 & this is how you treat me? I've always thought you guys were the best, cleanest, most professional of all the authentic Mexican fast food joints in town until today. Bring some managers back in this place so you dont leave 2 people who could care less about anything other than their paychecks to decide whether or not to serve people food that a dog wouldn't eat because they don't want to cook it fresh, or maybe they are making bad decisions such as cooking large amounts of meat and setting it aside to the corner of the grille so all they have to do is slide meat from cold cooked piles of hours old meat to heat it up all day long. While they do that the mmeat at the bottom of the piles is getting burnt bcuz it stays on the grille. At some point they are stuck with a big pile of pounds of meat that should be thrown away and they dont want to have to answer to management at some point when management actually does show up to make sure there's not too much watse, which is what causes this particualr problem which is they decide to serve garbage food rather than have to explain why they threw away so much food.

In other words... everyone is being lazy. The manager doesn't get hands on to ensure food is properly prepared and when food goes out theres no one there to make sure it's up to standards. No checks and balances to guide workers who have no vested interest in the reputation, quality, customer satisfaction, future of the company, or safety to the health of paying customers. Someone who's future depends on Rilibertos success should be present and overseeing every single aspect of what's happening in real time while there is any emplyees in the restaurant making sure each and every customer is being treated like they are important and appreciated.

I should never have ro eat meat that was cooked many hours or even days before i come to your business, hungry, willing to choose Rilibertos over every other place in town because i want to eat some good food. Why else would anyone want to frequent your business other than the fact that the food is better than everyone else's.

The phone number is incorrect online so there's no one to speak with... even if there was a manager there i wouldn't be able to speak with them. That doesnt make me feel very good about eating there. I don't feel safe when no one is supervising or being supervised to make sure the company is keeping me safe from getting Covid-19. How do I know the workers arent sick with the coronavirus if theres no manager to check them for symptoms before work? How do i know they are not touching thier face or wiping their noses, or coughing and touching food? How is anyone supposed to trust that they will not contract coronavirus from your restaurant let alone get sick from eating rotten food?

IF THERE ARE NO MANAGERIAL REQUIREMENTS BEING ADHERED TO ON A FULL TIME BASIS THEN IT TELLS ME THAT THERE ARE NO STANDARDS OF ANY KIND AND THAT CAN ONLY MEAN THAT IT WOULD BE VERY UNWISE FOR ANYONE TO PATRONIZE YOUR ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE IF YOU CARED FOR OUR SAFETY, OR EVEN OUR SATISFACTION WITH YOUR FOOD... IF YOU TRULY CARED FOR THE PEOPLE WHO SPENT THIER MONEY TO ENSURE YOUR WELLBEING, then you would prove to everyone who makes it possible for you to stay in business that you cared for every aspect of our experience when visiting your restaurant from our safety, to our happiness when eating your food.

Good is always fresh, just wish they would trim the fat from the meat. It's really gross to bite into fat when you're expecting carne asada. Staff could be a bit more cheerful thougb. They all seem to be in bad moods. If not for that I would have given a higher rating.
