I finally found a good fish taco in Yuma at Guero's, which is a bit out of the way but totally worth it. The tacos have fried fish, cabbage, a tasty sauce, and fresh tomatoes, and they get even better with a little chile and lime. The food truck has a chill indoor/outdoor seating area with friendly service, and they even have a big evaporator cooler to keep things comfortable in the heat.

I discovered a hidden taco gem in Yuma that's a bit off the beaten path. Guero's food truck serves up fantastic fish tacos that are light, crispy, and bursting with flavor. The service is friendly, the outdoor seating area is inviting, and they even accept both cash and credit cards with a small fee. It's definitely a spot worth trying out if you're in the area!
