Awful! Awful! Awful!!!

We were on a weekend holiday and went to this restaurant because of the good reviews on this site. I normally do not like to leave negative feedback, but if it helps someone else to at least get an idea of what not to order if dining here, that is a good thing!!! I ordered the salmon dinner, which went for somewhere around 15$. My husband had a curry chicken dish. When the meals came, I did notice that my salmon looked to be only around a 4oz portion if that, which seemed a somewhat small portion for the price. When I took a bite, the salmon had absolutely no flavor, and had a spongy/tuff consistency. I called the waitress over and asked her if this salmon had been frozen, thawed out in the microwave (on high!), then flash fried? She spoke to the owner/cook, and told me "Yes", that it was from freezer and prepared as I had said. I told the waitress that one could tell, and that it was inedible. She took my plate away. My husband said his curry was O.K., but nothing special. When our check came I saw that my meal was not taken off the check, which would have been customary if the dish is refused and not eaten. I was given 10% off of my 15$ salmon, which was all the waitress could do! I would NOT recommend dining at the Thai Promise Cafe.
