I've had their meat lovers Pizza several times and is perfect a lot of toppings delicious sauce

Placed an online order for pickup. "Be ready in 25 minutes", I was told.
They lost the order so it was not even started when I arrived.
I said, "No problem, I'll wait."
I paid and asked for a free soda since they forgot my order.
The girl absolutely went OFF on me screaming, "I already gave you 10% off."
In shock, I said let's cancel my order.
She counted out my money and followed me to the door screaming at me all the way.
Told me, "GET OUT."

We been getting pizza at Guidos for years but, won't be after tonight. The quality of food has gone downhill and that bums me out. The pizza crust wasn't even close to what it's always been. It was very thin and hard. We ordered the meat lovers it was mostly little tiny bits of sausage, with every bite the sausage pieces would fall off. My favorite is their soft breadsticks but tonight they were overcooked, not very soft. Guidos use to be the best but lack of staff is being portrayed in the quality of the food.. I hope your pizza is better than what we got .

Every time I have eaten at either location the food was wonderful and the service is great! I drive 30-45 minutes to this place as it is the best in the area! Thank you for all that you do!!

No masks at local pizza place. Went into Guidos in Dewey to pickup a couple pizzas and none of the staff were wearing masks. Guess we will have to find someplace else to get our pizza, subs, etc. Everywhere else we've eaten the staff is masked and in some cases ask customers to wear a mask until seated. It's good to. Food is great,but no mask is not good

Ordered over the phone and picked up inside. Great regulating, with only letting 1 customer inside to pickup, at a time. Everyone was VERY friendly and the food was AMAZING, like always!

Guidos has the best pizza around. I was a little shocked to go in during this coronavirus and find no one wearing masks or gloves. 3 Cooks were shoulder to shoulder and after the customer before me left, there was no wiping down of anything. Business as usual.

They have the greatest pizza. My son loves their Calzone. Sometimes we eat their and everyone is really friendly and nice. Take home service is great, too.
