A group of us booked BeDillons for our New Years supper! It was our first time at this restaurant… WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!!! The food was phenomenal, a lovely touch was an orchid on each plate! The waiter was extremely attentive and the owner was very friendly and had a special greeting for each guest. The decor is “ old elegant country “ with a beautiful cactus garden to browse on a nice day. We would highly recommend this restaurant for a unique dinning experience… it is a must when in Casa Grande. Thx again for making our New Year supper so special BeDillons!!!!! Rhoda Voykin

We took my mom there for what we thought would be nice place for her birthday. I called in advance and made a reservation to dine outside. When we arrived, they tried to seat us inside and I advised our reservation was for outside and they said it was booked out, however there was no one sitting out there. They said "let me see if there is anything we can do" and came back to seat us outside. We thought we already knew what we wanted to eat since we had already reviewed the menu online, however that was not the case. We were told that they had modified their menu and did not have the entrees that we were planning on ordering and that they were also out of somethings. The food was good and the portions were decent for the price. However, that is where the positive review ends.
The atmosphere was POOR--ran down, poor lighting, mismatch carpet and a musky/moldy smell throughout. The dining patio also had poor lighting with some tables having tablecloths others did not. Service- POOR. The server only checked on us once after the meal was served and never offered to refill our drinks. We felt very rushed as the hostess kept looking to see if we were almost done with our meal. She even came out and spoke to our server and point at our table. Then a couple minutes later various staff starting coming over and asking if we were done with our meals, which we replied we were not. My mom was very upset on how we were being treated and did not even finish her meal and wanted to leave.
I paid the bill and went inside to speak to the owner. I confirmed that he was the owner and I explained this was our first time here and we were celebrating my mom's birthday. I advised that we were very disappointed with our experience and would never be back. The owner proceeded to say that they are very busy, booked every night, he never receives complaints and they are 5-star restaurant. He said, what do you want me to do? I said a sincere apology would be nice. Very insincerely he said sorry, you feel this way and obviously you came in with an attitude and are leaving with an attitude. He said that he did not need this crap, and I replied neither did I. I walked out flipping him a bird. The owner proceeded to chase me out the door and began using strong profanities "Get F*** out of here you F**king B**ch and told me never to come back, which I replied I DO NOT PLAN TO!!!!"

The have a bimbo answering the phone. Overpriced food and horrible service. Don’t recommend it.
