Always loved the pizza up intill now!!!
We are totally DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
Pizza was so salty we couldnt eat it!
We had to throw it away- so Bad!!!!

Ok after someone from our 5 yes 5 55+ communities that A&M had good pizza we thought hey they must have made some changes we’ve used them for yrs w 50/50 results sooo 2+hrs,2phone call and now a free cold with a soggy dough w no seasoning. It hit the trash. Bowl of cereal tonight. We really do try an support our local businesses but A&M should do better. I didn’t tip the driver after talking w them saying he was on his way. Arrived way late after I called to cancel after 2+ hrs

So we did DoorDash to pick up some wings when the lady came to pick up the wings she said it was canceled. She called us while she was there talking to the lady at the front register so I called from another phone and the lady was just going on and on and on about DoorDash I said who called what did you say? I asked her who canceled she said door dash then I said the door dash was on the phone she was getting angry and said she didn’t know what was happening she had ppl in line she needed to help so instead of helping my daughter ask a customer she’s like got louder I said wait wait what is your name she did a big *sign* and said Ashley then she decided to say I’m getting loud I hung up on her so really it came down to DoorDash sending a text back, saying it was the restaurant system was the problem go figure

The pizza was awful! Cold and it took 2 hours to get!!!! No sauce, large slices of ham, no meat balls. I ordered a Meats and Amore and that is not what I got! Worst of all it cost $35!!!!!!!! I will NEVER go there again.

Honestly, coming from the east coast where Italians run free...This is a complete failure. The pizza is not very good. I would say it is on par with Domino's or pizza hut. Anyone looking for a real Italian neopolitan pizza should avoid this place. If your desperate or like junky pizza it's perfect.

Great service, great pizza!!! We couldn't have asked for more and the price was more than reasonable. We will purchase our Pizza from A & M from now on.

nearest thing to back east pizza, bread is home made. service was good took about 45 mins for a pizza but the restaurant was packed, so it understandable

horrible. everything is frozen or out of can but bread. horrible service. dirty restaurant. wait for almost two hours for food and meatballs were frozen. smelled like sewer inside.

The pizza was covered with slimy butter. it tasted awfull. put it in the garbage. the worst i have ever had. too bad ya gotta pay for this kind of food. Italian, not even close. Never again.

Had a TERRIBLE experience there recently when a bunch of kids (12 to 15 kids) ages 4 to 12 or so where running and yelling in the dining room, throwing balls and paper airplanes. They were finished eating and only 3 parents were there, ignoring the kids, sitting and chatting at the table. We could not hear ourselves the kids were so loud and obnoxious. One dad was weakly trying to contain them but not really able to. We were just trying to have dinner. We finally simply asked the kids to please sit down, and much later a parent who was not even there came to our table and belligerently confronted us. He was a total jerk and caused a scene. The manager and wait staff did nothing. It was a horrible experience and I am NEVER going back. The pizza is just OKAY anyway. The salads are bad. There is a "Tossed Salad" on the menu. Tossed Salad means that the dressing is tossed together with the other vegetables and salad ingredients. Anyone with any restaurant experience knows that. I ordered it, and when it came it was not a tossed salad, it had the dressing in a little cup on the side. I do NOT recommend this place.

My husband has tried Philly cheese steak sandwiches at every restaurant he comes across. He will travel to Florence for theirs. They have the best Philly Cheese Steak sandwich he has found since he left the east coast.

I work in florence. I ordered the cheese burger sub.
The hamburger meat that was used was grose. It was the same hamburger meat that the inmates get.
I have eaten the hamburgers that the inmates get and it was the same. For being authentic, using state prison hamburgers and selling it for about 7 dollars isnt right.
