This place burned down. It should stay that way, I just heard it is re-opening and opening two more places!!! It has to get a lot better to survive. In the old location and the new location it was great until it was sold. It now has poor food and poor service. It used to be great, now I go to Burgers and Beer.

Last year we discovered BBB and fell in love with these burgers. We introduced all our friends to them and couldn't wait to get back to Yuma for another burger. Something bad has happened since we were there last fall. The first time we went this year, we took friends who we had been telling how great these burgers are, and were very disappointed. The burgers were dry the buns cold and the stale shredded lettuce just doesn't cut it. The next time we ordered our burgers cooked medium and it was a little better but not as great as last year.The last time we went as a party of six and it couldn't have been much worse. It was 1:30 in the afternoon and they were not very busy. None of our burgers were hot and when we told the waitress she argued with us and said that it was impossible since they just came off the grill. We told her to touch them and see for herself but she just kept arguing, bad attitude and sarcastic.I don't think we will go back any time soon.

This has been a big favorite of many locals, as well as Snowbirds for many years. It was sold at the end of last season and it is unfortunate, as the quality has definitely gone down a lot. Today when calling in a "to go" order, they said 10 minutes and when I arrived to pick it up, they said 10 minutes. Evidently they now wait until you get there to start your order, which defeats the purpose of calling the order in. The burgers are still good, but not like they were before ~ but the fries were cold, the cheese for the chili, cheese fries was old and dried out and not tasty at all.. Since they weren't busy ~ it was the middle of the afternoon ~~ there is no reason my fries should have been cold, especially since I had to wait for my order to be cooked. The new owners will not stay in business if this continues, especially when the winter visitors get there, which makes up a big majority of their business.. Better wake up B.B.B.O.Y., as you are very close to losing our business ~~ which is at least once a week...
