Prices too high! Food not worth the price

Second visit and first for Brunch. Would have been 5 Stars except for a man seated at an adjacent table who talked loudly on his cell phone the entire time we were trying to enjoy our breakfast. We spoke with the waitress to ask the talker to step outside or turn off his phone, but she shrugged and did nothing. Seems like there should be a policy about cell phones in this other wise lovely and up scale restaurant. We slumped to the old Log Cabin vibe.
