• Made from fresh pork shoulder roast, coated in custom pork rub then slow smoked for 10-12 hours over hardwoods until it literally falls apart. Hand-pulled and served on a sweet toasted bun and BBQ sauce on the side.
• Chopped Brisket Taco (3 Pieces) $14.40
• These aren't your average street tacos. Enjoy full-size corn tortillas with a hearty helping of slow-smoked chopped brisket, topped with cilantro, onion, queso crumble cheese and a lime wedge for each taco.
• Grilled Pb&j With Bacon $12.50
• Comes with Chips. Creamy peanut butter, real preserves, thick-cut bacon layered on buttery toasted sourdough bread
